At Cross Creek Ranch, we know how important and memorable your wedding day should be. We believe it should be filled with love, laughter, and most importantly be stress-free! Therefore, we include many details and items that you will desire for a beautiful wedding, yet they are customizable to the look, feel and theme you are imagining for your day.

For the ceremony, our beautiful outside location is set to overlook the pond with guests nestled under beautifully huge cedar elm, pecan, and live oak trees. The site is also decorated with fresh floral corresponding to the bride’s desired flowers and colors, and drapery. A lighted arched bridge where friends and family enter the ranch, makes for a beautiful entrance and exit on your special day!

Our lovely brides start their walk to their groom from behind 8ft tall rustic carriage wood doors located just outside the bridal room suite. She then descends down the cobblestone walkway that can be lined with hanging candles and flowers, adding to the romance and ambiance for the wedding she desires.

After the vows are stated and sealed with a kiss, the reception will commence in our 8,000 square foot log cabin. If you take advantage of our easy and cost effective BYOB option, the bar will be open for your guests’ refreshment, as well as tea, water, lemonade, and coffee. If appetizers are added to your package, these will be served at this time as well. With all of our packages, guests will be greeted with tables dressed in crisp clean linen of your choosing, with a linen napkin and silverware place setting, and in the center of the table will be a fresh floral centerpiece, with flowers and the centerpiece style specifically chosen by you. The theme can be whatever you desire, and is discussed in advance with one of our planners. We offer many styles including but not limited to traditional, rustic, vintage, or antique, and you can add any additional details you desire to complete the look and feel you are imagining.

In addition to the facility use, linens, and floral, we also include a handful of set menu options that are sure to satisfy your guests. Our menus can be extensive and elaborate or just your favorite Texas offerings, either way your choice can reflect your personal tastes and desires. If one of our offered menus isn’t what you are looking for, feel free to communicate that in your conversations with us, and if we can meet what you request, we will. We feel confidant that our clients will be pleased with the quality catering options included in all of our packages, however, we understand sometimes brides have dietary needs or connections they wish to use, therefore, we are offering the option to contract outside catering. Please ask one of our coordinators for guidelines and restrictions.

Also provided in the package is access to one of our consultants to guide you through your experience and make it as hassle free as possible for you. You may bring in your own consultant, but ours is at no extra charge.
